We offer a seven day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in which you will be fully refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
To return your purchase, please call or e-mail us within seven days for a Return Authorization Number at 619-390-5578.
The items must be returned in their original condition.
Return the item in the original packaging within seven days upon receipt of your RA number.
Jewelry to be returned should be sent via the US Postal Service and insured for the value of the item. The customer is responsible for costs incurred.
Shipping address information will be provided at the time of the issuance of the RA number.
