We offer a seven day exchange policy if the jewelry purchased is not exactly as described or pictured on the website. We no longer offer a refund policy on purchases.
To exchange your purchase, please call or e-mail us within seven days for a Return Authorization Number at 619-390-5578.
The items must be returned in their original condition.
Return the item in the original packaging within seven days upon receipt of your RA number.
Jewelry to be exchanged should be sent via the US Postal Service and insured for the value of the item. The customer is responsible for costs incurred.
Shipping address information will be provided at the time of the issuance of the RA number.
