Margot de Taxco Aztec Design   $379.00 CS1023   Margot de Taxco's "Aztec" design with niello effects to enhance the silver design work. It was flawlessly reproduced by Taxco silversmith, Melesio Rodriquez at his Taller Villarreal. He was the foreman for Margot for 24 years and is now recreating many of Margots famous designs from the original molds. This design starts with all handcut work and then the cutouts for the open design in forming the geometric shapes (Aztec). The niello coloring is a soft gray and highlighted with the polished silver edges. Its coloring and texture is very flattering with most any color it is placed against, including directly on your skin.  This is a wonderful set for the larger woman as the necklace is 17" by 7/8", bracelet 8" by 1 5/8" and the clip earrings are 1 3/8" by 5/8". It is a bold design that can be worn to the office or for an evening gala. Total weight is 145 grams and it is a set you will love wearing and keeping.
