Frederick Davis Silver Shield and Onyx   $180.00 CB1642   "Silver Shield and Onyx" bracelet in an original Fredrick Davis design from the 1930s. This elegant classic is as contemporary as today. It was created in .970 silver and set with natural black onyx stones from the state of Guerrero, Mexico, where Taxco is located. The work of art was reproduced by one of the finest silversmiths in Taxco. It is absolutely flawess and as gorgeous as the original which can be seen in "William Spratling and the Silver Renaissance" page 117. It measures 7 1/2" by 7/8" and is 69 grams having the weighty feeling of old Taxco bracelets. This is a collectible that you will never give up.
